At one side British company 'East India' was capturing states of Bangal and at the other side Pindari's and Maratha's ware increasing their boundaries in north India, this was the crucial time of Indian states to deal with Muslim Emperors and British Army, with internal wars of Maratha's , Pindari's and Rajputana.
In 1757 Afgan Emperor Ahmadshah Durani attacked India fourth time, People of that time know him by the name Ahmadshah Abdali. Ahmadshah Abdali heard that in India there are only two states are richest among others those ware Nawab Shujaudhdhola and King of Bharatpur Riyasat Surajmal.
Abdali was very interested in Bharatpur Riyasat so he ordered his army to attack on Bharatpur, Ballabhgarh, Kumher, Deeg, and Mathura, he command his army to kill all the people in Mathura, he also put a reward for soldiers who brings head of non Muslim people. One night he ordered his army to attack on Ballabhgarh, his army looted and killed thousand of people till the morning and then army moved back with hundreds of people tied to horses and carrying bundle of chopped heads on their back, after army reached its base and presented all chopped heads to their Sardar Abdali. Abdali was celebrating his victory and for this celebration he ordered his craftsman to build a tower of these chopped heads as symbol of his victory.
